Ice Cream Jubilee is thrilled to bring its award winning flavors to Ballston Quarter. Ice Cream Jubilee serves super premium ice cream made from local South Mountain Creamery’s all-natural 18% butterfat grass-fed cream. Each flavor is made by hand in small batches in northeast Washington, DC, inspired by international flavors, boozy cocktails, and childhood treats. Ice Cream Jubilee also serves several non-dairy vegan flavors.
